How do I download the documents?

As soon as you make your purchase you will receive email instructions detailing how to access the documents.

Do I own the documents once I've downloaded them?

Yes. Once you've purchased a package, you are free to use all documents included as many times as you like.

Do the documents get updated?

Yes. If something changes such as new legislation being passed, the documents will be updated to reflect this.

Do you add any new documents?

Yes. We add all new documents that become available on a monthly basis.

Do new documents and updates cost me anything?

No. Once you've purchased a package, any update or addition made to that package will be made available to you completely free of charge.

What file format will I receive documents in?

When you download documents you will receive them in Microsoft Word format so they are easy to work with and edit.

I don't have Microsoft Word… what do I do?

Microsoft Word documents can be opened in most major word processors including Apple Pages and Openoffice. Openoffice is an open-source word processor and is a great free alternative to Microsoft Word or Apple Pages.
